Chrism and tears saved Dan Şova's hide a few months ago but, this time around, nothing could prevent anticorruption prosecutors from arresting the former Minister.
Over the course of one day, the young senator was stripped of his parliamentary immunity, handcuffed and taken to the headquarters of the National Anticorruption Directorate.
Şova faces charges of peddling his influence in exchange for one hundred thousand euros, during the time when he was both an MP and Minister of Transportation.
