UPDATE 23.51 – Bucharest Court of Appeal decided the preventive arrest of Attila Istvan Beke, in the case file in which he allegedly intended to manufacture an improvised explosive device to detonate it in public on Tuesday during the National Day events organized in Târgu Secuiesc, Mediafax reports.
Beke Istvan Attila, the Hungarian extremist who intended to detonate an improvised explosive device during the December 1st rally in Târgu Secuiesc, was detained for 24 hours announced DIICOT.
Prosecutors of the Investigating Directorate for Organized Crime and Terrorism - Central Structure ordered the detention for a period of 24 hours of the defendant B.I.A for having committed the offenses of attempted actions against the constitutional order and violation of the explosives regimen, the statement reads.
Beke Istvan Attila will be taken to the Bucharest Court of Appeal with an arrest warrant for 30 days.
