President Klaus Iohannis believes that a "more serious" approach is needed in the public administration, regardless whether it is about procurement, European funds or human resources, Agerpres informs.
"I think we're all aware that we need a more serious approach in public administration, be it public procurement , European funds or human resources," the head of state told the participants to the General Assembly of the Association of Municipalities of Romania, through a message presented by presidential adviser Dan Mihalache.
