It is high time we thought of the National Day as a new beginning, President Klaus Iohannis said in his December 1st message to Romanians. The head of state also mentioned the less sumptuous ceremony at the Cotroceni presidential Palace this year. Klaus Iohannis said he preferred a more natural, down-to-earth celebration.
