Only one thing never changes in this country: the Romanian's merry disposition! The National Day wrapped up a four-day mini holiday with lush parties in lavish winter retreats full of snow and, most of all, traditional Romanian food. In those areas where snow was rather scarce, guests were invited to attend a hog slaying party way before Christmas instead.
