Narcis Neaga has been removed from his post as general manager of the National Company for Roads and Motorways. Neaga was involved in several scandals along the years. When he was head of the Concessions Department with the Road Company he was investigated for having included the bribe in the tender book for the Comarnic-Braşov motorway concession. The consultancy company to be declared winner of the public tender was forced to supply a new car worth 25 to 30 thousand euros to the Road Company as well as a 30 to 40 thousand euro line of credit for training company staff in Romania or abroad. Narcis Neaga was replaced at the helm of National Company for Roads and Motorways by the interim manager of Metrorex, Cătălin Homor.
