Bucharest is under a thick layer of snow! Six companies were fined by the police yesterday because they had failed to remove the snow from main boulevards. Ensuring access to public institutions and healthcare units was wishful thinking. Then, there was further chaos in the capital city on account of fallen trees which brought traffic to a standstill on many secondary streets and damaged several cars.
