The 10 percent pay rise for state employees is still in the draft, 2016 budget to be tabled in Parliament by Prime Minister Dacian Cioloş. A budget outline sent to the Social Democratic Party for consultations proves it has not scrapped... yet! However, Cioloş says that a final version of the draft budget will only be available next week.
