A train going from Arad to Constanţa got literally stuck in its tracks yesterday. Passengers were stuck in their cold carriages.
Locomotives could no longer move on through a thick layer of snow and broke down. Hundreds of freezing travellers had to wait for more than three hours for the train to be set in motion again.
