Spectacular fall in the polls for President Klaus Iohannis and the liberals
According to a survey conducted by CURS ordered by the Romanian Academic Society, only 27.5% of the Bucharest citizens approve of the way President Iohannis has led the country, while the majority, 38%, are critical. 31% say they have not formed an opinion.
Only 12% believe that after the presidential elections in Romania corruption dropped, compared to 43% who believe that it increased and 41% who say it has remained the same.
In the same survey, PNL has got only 26% of Bucharest inhabitants votes from the political preference expressed, compared to 35% for PSD.
The survey was conducted in Bucharest between 9 to 18 March 2016, and was attended by 1,090 people.
