The IRS requested the Brasov Court of Appeal to reject the appeal submitted by Carmen and Klaus Iohannis against the court decision evicting the presidential couple from the second building in Sibiu which they have acquired fraudulently.
According to the publication justitiarul.ro on 20 January 2016, ANAF submitted a notification in which it requests that the presidential couple’s legal action be rejected, explaining that in reality we are dealing precisely with an appeal to appeal.
ANAF shows that there is no reason why the Brasov Court of Appeal should admit the appeal for annulment.
