The Romanian National Bank changed credit requirements for those interested in taking up credit or loans.
According to new demands the maximum amount of possible credit will be 40% of the net income for loans in LEI and 20% for credits in foreign currency.
The maximum morgage allowed for new house buyers will rise by 5 points.
The new requirements will apply to all banks.
