Romania was placed five levels higher this year on the the World’s Happiness Report, ranking number 52, out of a total of 156 countries, according to the UN report, presented on Wednesday at the Vatican.

In 2017, the happiest country was Norwegia, but this year it was replaced by it’s neighbour, Finland.

On the third place comes Denmark, followed by Iceland, switzerland, Holland, Canada, New Zealand, Sweden and Australia, shows the World Happiness Report 2018.

Romania also ranks number 12 in the report of countries that accepts migrest the hardest. On the first places on this unfortunate ranking, there is Egypt, followed by Iraq, Belarus, and Greece.

The World Happiness Report is ranking 156 countries according to happiness level, and 117 countries according to immigrant’s happiness, according to adevarul.ro
