A citizen of Ploieşti has removed by himself, using only a shovel, all the snow from a pedestrian passageway staircase downtown. The man said he was very irritated by the inaction of the local authorities, who didn't bother to clear the snow in the Omnia passageway. The young man posted the following on his Facebook page: "Maybe I was upset because I spent 12 hours in my car in the Prahova Valley on New Year's Eve and I wanted to relieve accumulated tensions in a constructive manner. It would have been great if those who went for a workout in the gym had picked up the shovel instead!"
