Russian hackers are using servers in Romania to attack dozens of American banks

Russian hackers  would  attack  30 banks and other American financial institutions  through some servers in our country,  an anti-virus programs producer warned. Hackers would transfer very small amounts in other accounts for a long term,  so that the institutions not realize  they were being rubbed.

The fraud amounted to several million dollars.
