Victor Ponta: The facilities provided will allow further development in the IT field 114
Prime Minister Victor Ponta says that the facilities granted by the Government so that IT companies can hire or reinstate the employees in the category of those for which no income tax of 16% is charged , with no restrictions related to the type of college graduated, will allow sustained further development in the area .

“One measure of support for all those who want to work in the IT, but did not graduate specialized faculties! From now on, companies will be able to hire or reinstate employees in the category of those for which no income tax of 16 % is charged with no restrictions related to the faculty graduated. The facility allows the covering of a larger percentage of the demand on the labor market and the Romanian IT will continue to grow at a sustained pace, with people passionate about what they do! "the PM says, according to Agerpres

According to an order by the line minister published in the Official Gazette last week that "companies which deal with 'creating computer programs' may hire or reinstate some employees existing in the category for which no income tax of 16% is charged" .
The "Order on the employment in the computer programs design activity" (published in the Official Gazette Part I, no. 573 / 30.VII.2015) cancels Annex 2 of the previous order issued for exemption from income tax for programmers, the annex listing the specialties whose graduates are exempt from income tax payment.
