According to an order by the line minister published in the Official Gazette last week that "companies which deal with 'creating computer programs' may hire or reinstate some employees existing in the category for which no income tax of 16% is charged" .
The "Order on the employment in the computer programs design activity" (published in the Official Gazette Part I, no. 573 / 30.VII.2015) cancels Annex 2 of the previous order issued for exemption from income tax for programmers, the annex listing the specialties whose graduates are exempt from income tax payment.
