Workers in Romania have contracts on short term, for one or two weeks, and wages barely reach half of that of a French employee. The Romanians recruited by the company are satisfied with their jobs, however.
The company defends itself by stating that the Romanians wages are as large as those of the French. In an attempt to please the former employees, the company has doubled the compensation payments that they received.
