According to the project that apparently received Cabinet support , limits will be imposed to people from countries where wages and social benefits are lower than in the UK. Citizens of these countries will be able to continue going to the UK, but their number will be limited.
According to the draft bill, there will be "two circles" in Europe, the United Kingdom and other delimited in the Eurozone, countries engaged in further integration. The countries in "the other circle" will focus on trade, business regulations, laws on human rights and the right to social benefits.
