British Conservatives have drawn up a plan to reduce immigration from poorer European countries, including Romania and Bulgaria, as part of the renegotiation of Britain's relationship with the European Union, the Daily Mail reports in its Monday  electronic edition.

According to the project that apparently received Cabinet support , limits will be imposed to  people from countries where wages and social benefits are lower than in the UK. Thus, it  includes EU member states such as Romania and Bulgaria, as well as countries that will join in the future. Citizens of these countries will be able to continue going to the UK, but their number will be limited.

According to the draft bill, there  will be "two circles" in Europe, the United Kingdom and other delimited in the Eurozone,  countries engaged in further integration. The countries  in "the other circle" will focus on trade, business regulations, laws on human rights and the right to social benefits.

British Prime Minister David Cameron has promised to renegotiate Britain's EU membership before a referendum on keeping his country in the EC, which will be held in 2017.
