A fellow country man from Oradea was the first Romanian to sing before Pope Francis. The event took place a few days ago, when the Pope visited Torino, a visit which marked the culmination of a two-month exhibition of the Holy Shroud, voceatransilvaniei.ro. reports.
It is the shroud in which Jesus was wrapped in the grave, the Holy Shroud imprinted with the image of Jesus Christ, the image of the infinite love of God.
Ovidiu Lazar is a second year student at the Centro Professione Musica in Milan, who was also in Turin, where he played before the Holy Father Pope Francis, together with Alessandra Amoroso , Andrea Piccirillo and the Hope choir.
