Seven appeals have been filed in the Telepathy case. The former Institute of Food Research, the Grivco company and the daughters of Dan Voiculescu appealed in court the forfeiture of several assets concerned in the ICA file. A similar action was also made on behalf of Intact and Dan Voiculescu has announced that he will sue the two judges who ruled the sentence in this case.

The former Institute of Food Research, currently the Applied Research Investment Company and the Grivco company, founded by Dan Voiculescu appealed the forfeiture the judges ruled in the sentence given in the ICA case file privatization. The appeal filed by Grivco will be judged on August 26, while the former Institute of Food Research action will be considered by the judges on September 1.

The daughters of Dan Voiculescu, Corina and Camelia Voiculescu, have filed two appeals with the Bucharest Court challenging the enforcement of forfeiture imposed on several assets after the ICA file sentence. The magistrates will consider the appeals on the 25th and the 29th of August.

Shortly afterwards, lawyer Maria Vasile filed a similar action on behalf of Intact Group. The appeal concerns the court's decision to seize several assets, including the Antena 3 headquarters in Bucharest – Ploiesti, 25 -27. Lawyer Maria Vasile explained that Antena 3 has nothing to do with the buildings and land plots involved in the ICA and that hence the measure is abusive.

In his turn, Dan Voiculescu is suing the magistrates who ruled the sentence in the "Telepathy" case file.  The president founder of the Conservative Party notified the Judiciary Inspection about the activity of the two judges Camelia Bogdan and Mihai Mihalcea and "the serious irregularities registered in the case trial". Dan Voiculescu wants to initiate legal action against the two judges for office abuse and unfair repression. The judiciary inspection will have to investigate the violation of legal provisions related to incompatibilities and to what extent the two exercised their duties in bad faith or with negligence.

Former Director of ADS Corneliu Popa, sentenced to eight years in prison in the Telepathy case, filed a complaint for annulment and asks to be released. A similar appeal has been filed by George Mencinicopschi who is condemned to 8 years.

The Court of Appeal ruled the forfeiture of Dan Voiculescu’s property in the privatization case file of the Institute of Food Research. A levy was imposed on an area of 36 hectares in Garlei Street, two packages of more than 5,000 shares from Grivco, one donated to Corina Voiculescu and the other to Camelia Voiculescu, as well as two sets of 9.9 million shares, worth about two million lei from Applied Research Investment Company.
