Defence Minister Mircea Dusa says that he already has a technical list of the equipment he would want for the Romanian army. All he is waiting for is a decision to this effect from the Pentagon.
"Romanian together with the NATO countries ensures the technical equipment needed for data collection ", Duşa said.
Asked whether there are any chances that the Romanian Army should receive the American equipment, the official replied: "Of course, we will also hold talks with U.S. partners. We have selected from the equipment list a number of items that we think we need and probably based on analyzes that will be conducted at the Pentagon and since they have helped us every time, we will find a solution so that technical parts and elements that we need be transferred to the Romanian army, " Minister Dusa said.
