The first official report after the Apuseni tragedy
The report on the aviation tragedy occurred in the Apuseni mountains, where all the detailed communications of ROMATSA and ISU minute by minute activities, as well as the wrong information on the localization of the crash have been published on the sursazilei.ro website.

According to the document, the ELT transmission system in case of impact, on board the aircraft did work, but the data sent to the transmitter, via satellite, had to be decrypted by the International Center in Moscow to which ROMATSA is affiliated.
