Romania is ranked 5th in the world in terms of internet connection speed, according to a top made by
bloomberg.com.
Among the top 10 countries, Romania is the only one that registered a decrease of internet speed from the previous quarter.
According to the source quoted, the average speed of the Internet in Romania decreased by 3.2% over two times more than the worldwide decline of 1.4%.
Romania has an average speed of 37.4 MB / second, coming short of the 4th place occupied by Latvia (37.5 MB / sec).
The first three positions are monopolized by Asians, led by Hong Kong followed by South Korea and Japan in the next positions.
