Analyst Daniel Barbu, historian Radu Zlati, Gheorghe Rotaru and Vasile Enache are the most recent presidential advisers named by interim president Crin Antonescu.
Antonescu signed Tuesday the decrees to appoint Radu Zlati and Daniel Barbu as presidential counselors, according to the Presidential Administration.
Analyst Barbu will coordinate the Political Analysis department, and Zlati will be part of the Department for Relations with Public Authorities and the Civil Society.
Zlati is 52 years old, a history professor and member of the National Liberal Party since 1990.
Antonescu has also appointed as presidential counselors general Gheorghe Rotaru and Vasile Enache. Rotaru will coordinate the Department for National Security, and Enache will be part of the Presidential Chancellor's Office.
