Mihai Gâdea presented exclusively on the "Daily Summary", hidden camera footage about how corrupt prosecutor Emilian Eva used to investigated those who bothered him in his everyday life.
A businessman recounted for Antena 3, how he came to be the target of prosecutor Eva, in 2000, subsequent to a quarrel about a parking lot.
Moreover, the businessman told how he recorded a discussion between the corrupt prosecutor and the mayor of DUMESTI Mihai Sabaiduc, in which the latter asked Emilian Eve about the reopening of a case investigation on his behalf.
"Mayor Sabaiduc insisted that he help him close that case. At that moment prosecutor Emilian Eva told him he could not intervene because in Bucharest, amounts are much higher," George Clapon told .
Emilian Eva realized he was caught on tape and because he could not get his hands on the footage he open a criminal investigation against the businessman.
"He wrote down the number of my car plates. At about 2, 3 weeks from the time I went on vacation, and when I came in the country I found myself arrested by prosecutor Emilian Eva," he told the man.
The prosecutor in the "Telepathy" case, Emilian Eva, was arrested after being heard in the case file charging him with several crimes, counting money laundering, bribery and forged statements .
