State secretary Nicolae Cabulea prosecuted for abuse in the permanent electoral lists case

State secretary Nicolae Cabulea prosecuted for abuse in the permanent electoral lists case

The Chief of the Department for Order and Public Safety of the Interior Ministry, Nicolae Cabulea, was heard, Wednesday afternoon, at the Prosecutor's Office with the Supreme Court in the case in which the chief of the Bureau for Population Records, Constantin Manoloiu, is prosecuted for abuse, according to Mediafax press agency.

Ioan Nicolae Cabulea was prosecuted Wednesday by prosecutors for comtting abuse while in the line of duty agains public interests in aggravated form, in the case concerning the electoral lists used at the referendum.

According to a General Prosecutor's Office press release, Ioan Cabulea, on August 1st 2012, while in the line of duty, willingly fullfilled his job duties in a faulty manner.
