Nicolae Ceausescu was considered the best president of Romania, according to the results of an INSCOP barometer Agerpres informs.
Nicolae Ceausescu ranks first in the top, 24.7% of the Romanians consider him the best president Romania ever had. The second in the ranking is Ion Iliescu, with 19.1% of the public option, Traian Basescu - in third place with 14.2% and Emil Constantinescu - four, to 9.7%. On the other hand, 23.9% of respondents believe that none of the four did not rise to the height of the function. The proportion of those who responded to this question was 8.4%.
The survey was conducted on a sample of 1,055 people and is representative of the Romanian population aged over 18 years.
The error rate of the data is ± 3%, at a confidence level of 95%, the sample was stratified by type, probabilistic. The method used was the survey based on a questionnaire applied by interviewers to the respondents.
The questionnaires were applied in 38 counties and Bucharest, in a total of 75 municipalities (cities, medium and small, and villages). The sample was validated with the official Census results of 2011.
