The reasoning also shows that Mircea Băsescu babtised four years ago the daughter of Izaura Anghel and Marius Constantin, the relationship between the two family being established by Marian Adrian Căpăţână.

"The threats exerted on the injured person targeted his denigration and that of his family members through disclosure in the press of alleged corruption actions, which would harm his image " , the judicial reasoning shows.
Since this approach has failed, the Anghel family requested a joint meeting attended by both Mircea Basescu and Marian Căpăţână, for the refund of the amounts paid. This meeting was monitored by the judicial police officers from the County’s Anti-corruption General Directorate, the talks bieng recorded in open space.
"From this discussions there are some hints about the receipt by Marian Adrian Căpăţână of money from Anghel family members in order to obtain the release Sandu Anghel. However, the said Marian Adrian Căpăţână used that money for personal affairs, investing it in one of his companies. Therefore, Anghel Florin and Anghel FANICA exerted multiple death threats against him and asked him to pass all assets onto their name", the document shows.
