PDL prime vice-president Cristian Preda thinks that Traian Băsescu will have to appoint Victor Ponta premier again, if  USL  wins  50%  of the votes in the December 9 parliamentary elections.

The  democrat liberal MEP stated that, if he opposes, Băsescu would be suspended again.

‚If USL will hold majority, it will be impossible to avoid appointing  Ponta.  When the president says he is not going to assign the PSD president, he hopes that the USL would not get more than half the seats. I believe we cannot ask  Traian Băsescu to face another suspension’, Cristian Preda stated according to ziare.com
