The state guarantees the loan for a new car purchase, if the one buying it is between 18 and 35 years old and has never had another his own car before.
The loan period will be of up to 7 years. The Government wants to encourage young people to buy new cars, but also to stimulate domestic production.
5,000 new cars would be purchasing through this system this year and up to 20,000 next year.
The program will be implemented from November 1.
