France will support Romania in terms of increased budgetary allocations for agriculture. The statement was made by French Prime Minister Jean-Marc Ayrault, following talks with President Traian Basescu on European Union budget.
The two met at the summit European Union - Latin America and the Caribbean, held in Santiago de Chile.
The prime minister added that there was a very good cooperation on the common agricultural policy between France and Romania.
