At the Senate’s president meeting with the representatives of the Venice commission, representing the Romanian legislative forum, liberal senator Ioan Ghişe will also take part, about whom Crin Antonescu declared that he had a ‘a special concern on the topic approached.’
‘Your commission’s activity, documents and ideas have been for a long time a very important and very interesting topic for us. As it happens that during the recent period, a politically tense period in Romania, your institutions and its recommendations have often been invoked, there’s one more reason for me to consider this meeting more than welcomed ’ Antonescu said at the onset of the meeting’s discussions.
