The witnesses affirm that the papers were sustained in a superficial manner based on some thematic notes, by no means real scientific papers.
Besides this, the main parts of the “opera” have been presented in scientific communication sessions with international participation, this fact being proved with a bibliographic document published on jurnalul.ro website.

An even more significant fact is that Elena Udrea says she knows nothing of these papers’ existence.
Still, the document published on jurnalul.ro website proves the contrary: Elena Udrea used the specified papers during some sessions, so she is aware of their existence.
Why is Elena Udrea trying to hide all these scientific research papers? It might be the fact that if one simply looks for them on strikeplagiarism.com he will understand that they are copied from other works in a degree ranging from 12 to…96%!
In other words, making a simple calculation, it would come to light that her PhD work is on the whole 40% plagiarism. However, this hasn’t stopped Misses Udrea to ask together with other PDL leaders PM Victor Ponta’s resignation after he was accused of plagiarism.
Her statement that she renounced her PhD studies is shaking, too. It seems that the former Tourism Minister only postponed the PhD dissertation. There isn’t any document attesting her request to draw away from her studies in her PhD candidate file, though there are several requests to postpone the deadlines.
The above plagiarism examples are not the only ones related to Elena Udrea’s name. On June 20th Jurnalul National published another article upon similitudes between a book co-signed by Elena Udrea (International Environment and EU – published in the Bulletin of the National University for Defense “Carol I”) and “Security and Defence European Policy”, written by the Romanian European Institute in 2005.
