The things judge Dragomir would do for the “godfather of his soul“!?

Mihai Gâdea presented in the Tuesday night edition of the ‘Daily Summary’ show, broadcasted on Antenna 3, from Sunday to Thursday, the special relation that Iulian Ilie Dragomir, a HCCJ judge, enjoys with president Traian Băsescu.

One of these three is Iulian Ilie Dragomir, Judge of the High Court who appears also in a case involving Traian Basescu. To be more precise, the case where president Basescu is accused of money laundering and bribery in connection with a series of shady real estate business deals developed with the notorious asphalt king Costel Casuneanu, was dismissed by the very same judge intercepted in the Blejnar file, Iulian Ilie Dragomir.

According to the journalists from the Justice World, the national security tapings warrants given by the three judges of the High Court of Cassation were given for politicians and businessmen, and some journalists.

Such warrants issued against journalists constitute an abuse, which cannot be justified by any domestic law, as EU law and ECHR rulings take precedence over any implementing regulations, according to the Romanian Constitution.
