
Judge Mihai Blanescu was appointed for the Colectiv trial. The case will re-open on Tuesday and the court decided to re-analyze the evidence, yet the hearing of the defendents will not be needed.The first 25 witnesses wiil be interogated on the next session.
The judge did not ask for the testimony of the three owners of Colectiv who appered before the previous judge. Their testimonies are still standing.
Defenders only asked for the re-examination of the witnesses and evidence.
