The trial for the Colectiv fire is reopening and starting from zero, three years after the tragedy happened.
The judge that heared the three owners of the club retired. Now, the whole trial, including hearing the testimonies of the three owners, will have to happen again under a new judge.
Meanwhile journalists from luju.ro are stating that the fireworks did not start the fire as previously thought. This will be investigated.
The fire at Colectiv took place on October 30, 2015, killed 64 people and injured 147.
