This is the sixth time when the 26 years paluka finishes in second position in the continental competition after the editions of 2007, 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012.
In the Tbilisi final, Dobre was defeated by Roxana Zasina from Poland, the bronze medals being awarded to Iulia Blahina (Ukraine) and Ekaterina Krasnova (Russia).
On her way to the finals, Romania’s representative defeated the Finish Tiina Paula Yilinen, Latvian Karalina Tjapoko, while in the semi-finals she managed to defeat Iulia Blahina.
Also on Wednesday, Romanians Ivan Guidea ( 60 kg category ), Andrei Dukov (55 kg) and Georgiana Paic (59 kg) were eliminated from the first round.
