Transylvania holds the key to saving the planet, said Prince Charles of Great Britain, in an interview for BBC Radio 4, in which he talked about nature having been intensively exploited by man, without anyone putting anything back.

The statements of Prince Charles were reported by mirror.co.uk.

" For so many years, hundreds of years, we’ve pushed nature into the background and we’ve exploited, we’ve taken, we’ve put nothing back.. (...)And we somehow imagine that we are separate from nature, it just exists somewhere else, that you go on exploiting” prince Charles said .

Prince Charles spoke on BBC Radio 4 also about the properties bought in Transylvania, which he called the "key to saving the planet", recounting happily about vacationing in Romania.
Prince Charles said that biodiversity should underpin agriculture, saying he is interested in protecting the environment in the name of his grandchildren, but also for all the others.
