The cable company RCS & RDS is required to reintroduce in its programs schedule the GSP TV channel . The court decision states that GSP TV has to be broadcast in a must carry system, free of technical or financial conditions.
GSP TV was removed abusively from the RCS & RDS programs schedule, in 2011, the cable company refused, despite an injunction and a fine from the National Audiovisual Council to reverse its decision.
The court requires further that the cable company ensure re-broadcasting technical conditions equal to those of others' channels in the grid.
