We are not referring to education, living standards, salaries or just how well the citizens of the two countries are doing.  But we want to point out the fact that although the salaries are ten times smaller, the prices are the same.

We are referring to the gas price, which both in Romania and in Germany has  roughly the same cost.  

If in our country the prices have increased, for the Germans the prices have decreased, and the difference is of 5 cents alone between a liter of diesel bought in Romanian compared to one bought in Germany. 

Last year the difference in  diesel price  between the two countries amounted to 20 cents.
