In the same file, Trăşculescu’s accomplice, Marian Valeriu Calotă , partner and manager of SC Maryna Exclusiv SRL was also detained red handed as he was cashing in 50.000 lei, that he was going to hand in to Trăşculescu.
The supreme court is to decide if it should issue a 29 days arrest warrant for Calotă, at the DNA prosecutors request.
